Really, I think you should allow this to be free form. Perhaps give
them 3 text fields to enter in anything they feel. Then we don't have
to project why people aren't contributing- they will be telling us why
they aren't, thus making the survey very valuable and allowing us to
better alleviate their issues.<br>
4a) Perhaps not ask about Mozilla in general but better: "How can WoMoz
better help serve your role in the Mozilla Community?"<br>

Suggestions:<br>
<ul>
<li>We don't ask about Ethnicity. I think it would be very helpful
to understand how many minorities, the women minority is comprised
of... should we focus on getting more Blacks involved? Arabs?
Latinas? I know this is an international survey but just saying
"U.S.A." or "France" doesn't tell you much about the demographic of
women you are serving.</li>
<li>It seems all the literature that is sent out is in English, but
it may be beneficial to ask what other languages are spoken in the
community of women. This would be particularly helpful in recruiting
other women from underrepresented areas/countries, and we could ask
multilingual volunteers to translate some of the messaging.<br>
</li>
<li>Consider asking about postal code. There is also a lot of rich
information you can gather about lifestyle and quality of life from
postal codes. Of course there are some blurred lines, but again, a
postal code in Louisville, Kentucky vs. New York, New York will tell
you whether you are reaching only urban females or also rural females.
Or maybe just ask for them to identify whether they live in an Urban,
suburban, rural, etc environment <br>

<li>Lastly, I think it's very important to put a summary paragraph
before the survey that explains why you are collecting this
information, what you are going to do with it, why it's important,
whether the results will be available to the community and how long it
takes to take the survey.<br>
