If we don't like pink, then we should think about the logo color
palette.

First of all:
- how many colors can we have? 2, 3? (including non-colors (white,
black) ?)
- they have to be colors related to Mozilla in some way? { (red, black)
; (orange, blue) ? }

- they have to be colors related to
women? (which are those?)

It's easy to say that we don't like a certain color. More hard is to
find the "perfect" one.

Thanks,

well, as a man and as I suggested that very color to Perline, I'm in a
good position to think that

Of course I'm not assuming all men will hate the color ;)

Just suggesting that maybe adding another color (or changing the color)
to the dino might reflect that women as well as men participate in this
group.

I think that the pink color is associated with women by men rather than
by women. As for me I don't really like this color, it's too "Barbie"
for me and its negative feelings about women. I maybe the only one
thinking like this.
I would prefer another color for the logo.

<blockquote class="gmail_quote"

-
the very idea of having the pink dino is to strongly mix the Mozilla
animal with a "girly" color, to have an image showing clearly that this
group deals with women issue (or gender issue?) and not "just" Moz ones,

- any man who might be interested to contribute to a group which name
starts with "women" shouldn't be about to scream and faint in the
terrible idea to be associated with pink ;-)

Well I hope not!! :)

Actually, I was thinking this week-end that it could be interesting to
push the "pink-thing" a bit further : for example, making a
funny-looking totally redesigned dino, with a tutu or something....

Just some ideas....

You could ask Tristan about pink tutus, he knows many things about them.

Good evening everyone!
