It is true but here it is not the most important question.

This is the basic question.
So, the situation is that men are biologically built to confront (because of testosterone, natural steroid) a lot more
than women.
And this "helps" (generally badly and pointlessly, see wars, fight, etc.) in certain kind of situation, like asking for
more money, personal confrontation (work, personal family, facing aggression...).
This is too, the basic reason why we need more women (Over the threshold when this can have an effect) in generally
fight areas which should not be like it is (politics, etc.).
