Interesting read. It went back and forth between anecdotes and data. I'd
have liked to see a bit more data to go with the anecdotes, but it had a
good tone and raised some interesting points.  I wonder if we could contact
The National Center for Women and Information Technology and see if they'd
be willing to give advice or data they've already obtained to help towards
our efforts.
