Okay, I got lost a bit in this thread. I've only skimmed to catch up, but I think I'll close by explaining that I neither approve or disapprove of the blog post or the author. It's a private blog, and people can say whatever they want. It doesn't appear to be hugely influential in any way, so we shouldn't hold it to the standard of The Feminine Mystique.
That being said, rants are useless in a digital, online, third-wave Feminist setting. They may be of value to the person feeling the frustration, but without specific discussion of specific people in specific incidents, the rant is useless to the broader public. Perhaps the things she said are true; but how can we know? Beyond that, there's no dissection of the situation or root causes of the problem being sniffed out. Being emotional/angry on a blog can be valuable for blowing off steam. But stuff like this ultimately doesn't contribute to meaningful dialogue on gender -- if anything it can hurt us by keeping the stereotype of the "psycho emotional woman" alive. (We could start a whole other meaningful dialogue on the subject of guys on threads accusing a woman of experiencing "that time of the month" if she shows too much emotion on any subject at all.)
Stuff like this doesn't need to be judged for failing to be Amanda Hess (http://www.washingtoncitypaper.com/blogs/sexist/) but it also doesn't warrant this level of scrutiny. Her coworkers are mysogynist asshats. That frustrates her. The end. Not worth condemnation or consideration.

This is the most hilarious thing I've heard in weeks. You're calling
anyone who mocks misogyny sexist. For mocking and demonstrating how
absurd and ridiculous sexism is.
Oh $deity, my sides, they are hurting.
