I love the Anna Sui Personas! (the flower one was on my firefox for a 
while :) )
Many of the MaDonna ones are also very feminine-looking and nice (I like 
this one a lot for ex: http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/persona/485)

I wasn't specifically thinking about the logo, it could be whatever you 
feel expresses womoz for example, or girls/women and computers, things 
like that.... It's maybe easier to start out from the logo and add other 
elements though, but whatever other ideas come up are welcome too!
(I like your idea of the flower element as a background for example)

This is just mainly to have fun and to have some personas for the fosdem 
event that we can use at the womoz booth and such, so it's really more 
an occasion to be creative and kind of do what you want :)
But we could also organize a more "serious" (because personas are fun to 
make!) Personas activity or contest around a more specific topic and 
theme next time too, that could be really fun and interesting to realize 
as well.
