[Womoz] Splitting up into Teams & Next WoMoz Meeting Thursay

hello all,

I wanted to start the discussion about teams on the mailing list as it 
seems a bit complicated to do this directly on the wiki for the moment.
I guess once we really start working on the teams we can merge the info 
on the wiki, but we can start on the ml for the moment. I'm afraid that 
if we just start on the wiki now people will forget about it and we 
might not get this done as fast. :)

So without further ado: we've discussed a lot during these past weeks 
about splitting up into various and specific teams within WoMoz (for 
example, Nastassia's last email about a possible Survey Crew)
It would be great to start listing the different areas we have and who 
wants to be part of what.

For example, we have already identified quite a few of these areas in 
our womoz community tasks here:

But there are also:
- Localization

- Survey Crew

- Web Design

- Tutors (I guess that they will correspond to the people in each team 
that is motivated and wishes to become a tutor)

- the very specific tasks that are detailed in the Roadmap here: 
http://womoz.org/wiki/doku.php?id=fosdem2010_daily_agenda#roadmap_2010
(you can directly add your names there if your interested in any of 
those projects)

Are there other fields we should be covering too?
If so, which ones and who would be interested to be part of those teams?

We'll also be talking more about this during our next womoz irc meeting 
this Thursday (17:00 UTC, 09.00am PST) so please join us if you're 
interested (http://womoz.org/wiki/doku.php?id=calendar#womoz_meetings)

But we can already start making the teams here of course
For example by adding areas or names directly into the list I just 
started above (or another way if someone has an idea)
