So lets brainstorm:

A logo needs to be clear and to transmit immediately what we are talking

what in your opinion represents a "women concern"?
- flowers?
- ribbons?
- breasts?

 if you want to have a successful logo it needs to be aesthetic. As a
"women" I prefer "aesthetic" things instead of a logo that is so-smart-ugly.
