As far as it goes for me, I think we can include as many colors as we 
want (including non-colors also)

They don't *have* to.

Although the idea can be good, because it clearly relates the logo to 
Mozilla this way.

Nope, you do as you want.

Just it's a good idea if one way or another the logo can reflect that we 
are working on a women's project, and that it is related to Mozilla.

But that doesn't have to be done through colors only: it can also be 
expressed by the form/etc. of the design in itself

Exactly  :)

So I guess that the only thing we can decide here about all this is: 
let's not use pink only in the logo.

But whatever other colors or combinations of colors is fine (so 
including pink in combinations).
