Hello,

While there are no "official" rules (this is more of a common community 
project), you can find more information for the logo creations here:

Logos that have already been proposed can also be seen on this page.

You may propose as many logos as you wish, and send them out to Julia or 
me (contacts on wiki page) and we will upload them for you.
